Using a relational and attachment-based approach informed by TBRI®, I support children and adolescents in making sense of their emotions, feeling safer in their bodies, and strengthening connection with the caregivers in their lives. Sessions may include play therapy, cognitive behavioral strategies, and art-based interventions, depending on each child’s needs. Therapy is hands-on, creative, and grounded in safety, regulation, and emotional expression.
